Which of the titles in he Songs list are from French Polynesia? And what are the songs about? I'd like to learn one or two non-religous songs.

Songs by Te Ava Piti, Gabilou & Tamarii Ahutai are from French Polynesia. Himene tarava(church songs)are usually only choral. Himene Tatarahapa is a kind of adapted church song.

We learnt 'TO TE AO NEI' on the Aranui3 cruise of the Marquesas recently.
Could you put the Tahitian words into English? I'd happily transcribe them if you don't have a copy.
It's a beautiful song, like everything else Tahitian we heard on the cruise.

Hey, really like your site. Can you post the lyrics for the song below and the chords if you have time? Love the smooth, mellow groove and melody. The title of the YouTube video is "Katu- Roimata noou"

Thanks a lot!
